Wake up! Christmas bells ring from far. The early birds are busy picking the best gifts for their loved ones before the prices get exaggerated. Guess what? Fitness is on top of that list. Posts on social media be like: “Mombasa here we come”, with images of some poorly done squats tagged #Figure8 Manenoz....
All over sudden the entire hood is Gyming... photos of some skinny guys with pot bellies(“investment”), in what looks like oversized vests doing rounds #Gymtime #Biceps #Chest day. The common denominator Being Squats, labelled #Legs Day. Whether you are in this already or planing to start, Just sit back, Keep Calm and read on... I have a secret pill for you. First things first, lets switch off our Mobile data and WiFi for a while. Done? Cool. Promise not to cheat.
So what is fitness? Oops! Sorry!!!!
I can only imagine the look on your face when you cant Google, I know.... its our friend, right? Now, lets keep it simple, fitness, as much as I know,has not been adequately defined as of today 19th Sep 2016. As a matter of fact, the only people who have attempted and nailed it is the cross fit community.
Fitness is the quality of being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task. Like how fit are you to be president? But then again, that is off the point considering your Christmas goal. So what do the Crossfiters say?

Oink! Oink! Just when you expected it to be simple or at least easy to understand. Well at least they help us understand that fitness is not only in sports and disciplined forces.It is my hope that by now, you realize that your dream is not just a two weeks thing or a simple project that can be sorted with some ordinary pill; unless its my secret pill of cos. (Humble brag). OK enough! lets cut the long story short; you want that dream body and you want it now! Fine! by December, right? I have this secret pill that works, oh yeah! Its bitter but it works. Promise to take at least a pill three to four times a week and I guarantee you results.
